From London (The North) take the M3 South towards Southampton.
Come off at Junction 13 and take the A335 Exit towards Eastleigh, the slip road will take you in a big loop where you will come to a set of traffic lights.
Turn right at the lights onto the A335 (Leigh Road) At the next big set of traffic Lights you must Turn right onto passfield Avenue.
Just a short drive down this road you will see the holiday Inn Hotel on the right hand side, turn right into the Fleming Park private Access Road just after the Hotel. Fleming park is the next turning on the left. For the Holiday Inn Hotel make a right turn.
